Alumni Art on Display

The Reese Bullen Gallery presents its first in-person exhibition of the 2021-22 year: Selections from the HSU Permanent Collection Purchase Prize works. Generously funded by the Office of the President, this exhibition selects from a backlog of student purchases dating back to 1977. This exhibition shows the ongoing creative endeavors of our past alumni through this small thread of the Purchase Prize.

Donor Honors Roots by Helping to Launch HSU Food Sovereignty Lab

With a personal interest in social justice and food, Leah B. Thibault, whose family has deep ties to HSU, gave $50,000 in endowed funds to support student interns and research assistants in the Food Sovereignty Lab & Cultural Workshop Space. Another $10,000 will go towards seed funds to launch the lab and internship program.
