Every year publications by HSU alumni are added to the Humboldt State Authors Hall in the HSU library. The upcoming HSU Authors Hall Celebration on Friday, Feb 14 from 3 - 5 p.m. is a chance to honor these alumni and their publications. This event is free and open to the public.
Featured in the HSU Authors Hall is the newly released book “No Holds Barred: Frank Cheek’s Life Story” by HSU Hall of Fame coach Frank Cheek and HSU alumnus Tom Tripiak (‘81, Journalism). Tom will be attending this year’s HSU Authors Hall Celebration.

Submissions are free for alumni. If you have a short film (30 minute or less) you would like to have featured in the festival, please submit it no later than Monday, Feb. 17 through FilmFreeway.
