Humboldt State University
President's Report
September
2019
President Jackson
It's great to have the Fall 2019 semester underway. During my first two months, I've gotten to meet a wide range of faculty and staff, students, alumni, and community members. Thank you for the warm welcome!
This is my first President's Report, and my goal is to send one monthly.
You'll keep hearing me say this: I'm motivated by student success. I want our students to have a positive, meaningful educational experience. That means mentoring, coaching, and connecting with students. It also means supporting them with the various resources we have on campus, and in the community, so they can enjoy success at Humboldt. Let's celebrate our students' accomplishments as well as those of the whole campus.

— President Jackson
