In celebration of the holiday season, Governor Newsom has authorized four hours of Informal Time Off (ITO) on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. In addition, I have authorized an additional four hours of ITO. With that, the campus will be closed December 24, 2025, through January 1, 2026.
|
To maintain critical campus functions, some team members will work on December 24. Employees who work may make arrangements with their supervisor for an alternative informal day off to be used before June 30, 2026. Please use this link for eligibility information and pay instructions on using ITO. |

Thank you for your dedication and hard work this year—it truly makes a difference for our students and the entire Humboldt community. I hope you take this well-deserved time to rest, recharge, and celebrate with those who matter most. Together, we have much to look forward to in the year ahead.
