Spring 2025 Update to the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan

Campus colleagues,

The Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Implementation Team is tasked with continuous review and tracking of the initiatives and objectives in the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan 2023-2028, as well as providing updates to campus.

We are pleased to share with you the Spring 2025 update of the plan, which includes status updates (as of February 2025) on all original objectives, as well as new objectives that have been added. We have also included the new enrollment targets, which have been vetted by the Chancellor's Office and the Office of the Governor earlier this semester.
