Help Support HSU’s Polytechnic Plans

Dear Campus Community,
We are excited to announce the next phase of HSU’s transition to a polytechnic: the creation of the Polytech Implementation Steering Committee, which was charged by President Jackson to implement bold, innovative, and forward-looking plans.
Now, under the leadership of the committee, working groups will be tasked with carrying out the proposals outlined in the polytechnic prospectus that has been submitted to the Chancellor’s Office.
Faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members are welcome to be a part of this transformative moment for Humboldt State. We have a few working groups which will be aligning with existing university structures which will require limited or no additional membership. To join a Polytech Implementation Team working group, please submit the interest form by Friday, September 24.
